The influence of the processes of digitalization of the economy on the activities of non-financial institutions

The driver of the modern global economy is digital technologies under the influence of which not only new kinds of professions, goods and services are formed, but also challenges for enterprises and the organization of various fields of activity. Digitalization affected the IT-sphere, the activities of financial organizations, production, marketing, healthcare. In the Russian Federation the development of digital technologies in various fields of activity is of great importance, which is reflected in official documents, targeted government programs, business analysts and business practices. All this actualizes the study of the problem of management transformation in non-financial organizations under the influence of the spread of digital technologies.The article examines the strategic challenges facing non-financial organizations of Russia in the digital economy. In the course of solving the tasks set, the formation and development of the digital economy, its essence and content, as well as the prospects for its development in our country, were studied; the program documents and directions of the state program for the development of the digital economy are analyzed. It is proved that involvement in the digitalization processes of not only financial but also non-financial organizations carries a huge potential in terms of improving the value environment of Russian business, since it makes transactions in the shadow economy, corruption schemes, etc. transparent. The authors have proved that the revival of traditional values of Russian entrepreneurship on a new modern basis will increase the level of trust in society, will promote the development of innovations in industry, energy, agro-industrial complex, education and sustainable development of the economy as a whole. The authors structured the challenges of the digital economy for non-financial organizations in our country and formulated proposals for improving the ecosystem of the digital economy

Value management in the Economy 5.0

The article considers the value management concept in the context of the changing epochs of postmodernism and metamodernism, as well as the challenges of the Economy 5.0. The main elements of the concept of value management and their relationship with the ideas of postmodernism and metamodernism have been revealed. The strengths and weaknesses of value management in modern companies have been determined. The role of institutions of the micro-, mesoand macrolevels in changing the values of economic activity has been recognized. The authors concluded that there is a cumulative, accumulative relationship between technological, value, institutional and economic changes. The potential of value management of organizations in the Economy 5.0 in the context of the era of metamodernism has been clarified

Intellectual Property Rights: Institutional Approach

The authors consider the intellectual property rights from two points of view: legal theory and institutional economical theory. Contents of “intellectual property” and “intellectual rights” concepts have been revealed in this paper, and the necessity of their study has been justified not only from the legal point of view, but also from the economic one. The authors emphasize that the institutional economics in general and the economic theory of property rights, in particular, have a great potential in the study both of theoretical and practical aspects related to intellectual rights. According to the authors, it is the institutional approach which will create an effective legislation in this area

The article discusses the concept of “institutional environment education”, “educational service”, “competitiveness of educational services”, clarifying their contents. The authors analyzed the nature and content of the competitive educational services offered criteria for the competitiveness of educational institutions in terms of the value-oriented approach. The authors examined the effect of the institutional environment of education at institute of education and justify the link between the institutional environment of education and competitiveness of educational institutions and educational services. Improving the Russian education system, the institutional environment of education and competitiveness of educational services of Russian universities is only possible on the basis of a deep and comprehensive study of the described relationship
